Choosing an escort in London usually means trusting a profile page and a handful of photos. Feedback from past clients is the closest thing there is to a reality check, so we went through it properly. This ranking is built only on what clients wrote and scored, not on adverts, and it is not paid for by anyone listed.
How we ranked them
We looked at London escort profiles on AdultWork within 10 miles of central London (EC1A) that have more than 25 pieces of feedback. The search matched 2,203 profiles. We captured 2,004 of them across all 45 pages of results, and 604 of those qualified. That figure is a lower bound, because the results re-sort while paging and about 200 profiles never loaded. We picked 50 of the 604 at random. For each one we recorded the full feedback count and the split of positive, neutral and negative marks, and read up to the 10 most recent written escort comments, 481 comments in total. One member has feedback only on the webcam and chat tabs, so no escort comments could be read for her, and two others had fewer than 10 written escort comments.
Profiles are ranked by their share of positive feedback, adjusted for how much feedback they have (a statistical method called the Wilson lower bound). That stops a perfect score from a few dozen reviews automatically beating 99.7% from over a thousand. Feedback counts are as shown on the site on 15 October 2026.
A 10-mile radius covers almost all of Greater London, not just the centre.

This is the top ten of a random sample of 50, not of every London escort, so other highly rated escorts exist. The profile links go to AdultWork and need an AdultWork login to open.
What clients praise most
Across the 481 recent comments we could read, clients saying they would return or are already regulars was the most common theme, with 120 mentions. A friendly, warm, welcoming manner followed with 75, then good communication (43), looks matching the photos (18), location and discretion (13), hygiene (8), value (4), and punctuality and professionalism (3 each). These counts come from keyword tagging, so treat them as a guide to what matters rather than exact figures.
What goes wrong
Not much. Positive feedback across the 50 profiles ran from about 93% to 100%, with a median of 100%, and 30 of the 50 had no neutral or negative ratings at all. Eight profiles had a real complaint among their recent comments, and several of those were feedback-only entries that are not tied to a confirmed booking, so they are unverified. The complaints were mostly about bookings that fell through: no-shows, a meeting at the wrong location, deposits not returned, booking requests with no reply and a last-minute cancellation. A couple were about feeling rushed or poor value. Several other entries mentioned cancellations that were the client’s own, and two neutral ratings came with glowing written feedback, so they are not complaints.
Prices
Of the 43 profiles in our sample that list a 1-hour in-call rate in pounds, rates ranged from £130 to £500, with a middle figure of about £200 and most between £150 and £250. Rates change often, so always check the profile.
Caveats
- AdultWork only records positive, neutral or negative feedback. There are no category scores for looks, service or value.
- Feedback-only entries are not tied to a confirmed booking and are unverified.
- This is a random sample of 50 of at least 604 eligible profiles, not a complete list.
- The results list re-sorts while paging, so about 200 of the 2,203 matched profiles were not captured.
- One sampled member has no written escort comments, so her rank rests on rating totals alone. Some profiles’ totals also include disputed feedback.
- Seven profiles show no 1-hour in-call rate in pounds, because they are outcall only, list no such rate, or have no currency set.
- Feedback counts and rates change daily, and this ranking is a snapshot from October 2026.
