Choosing an escort in Manchester usually means trusting a profile page and a handful of photos. Feedback from past clients is the closest thing there is to a reality check, so we went through it properly. This ranking is built only on what clients wrote and scored, not on adverts, and it is not paid for by anyone listed.
How we ranked them
We looked at Manchester escort profiles on AdultWork within 10 miles of the city centre (M1) that have more than 25 pieces of feedback. Across the first four pages of search results we found 93 that qualified, and we picked 50 of them at random. For each one we recorded the full feedback count and the split of positive, neutral and negative marks, and read the 10 most recent written comments, about 500 comments in total.
Profiles are ranked by their share of positive feedback, adjusted for how much feedback they have (a statistical method called the Wilson lower bound). That stops a perfect score from a few dozen reviews automatically beating 99% from nearly a thousand. Feedback counts are as shown on the site on 15 October 2026.

What clients praise most
Across the roughly 500 recent comments, the same things come up again and again. A friendly, warm, easy-to-talk-to manner was mentioned 135 times, and clients saying they would return or are already regulars 124 times. Punctuality followed with 38 mentions, then good communication (23), looks matching the photos (21), location and discretion (13), hygiene (7), value (6) and professionalism (6). These counts come from keyword tagging, so treat them as a guide to what matters rather than exact figures.
What goes wrong
Very little. Positive feedback across the 50 profiles ran from about 92% to 100%, with the typical profile around 99%. Only seven of the 50 had a genuine complaint in their latest ten comments: cancellations or no-shows (three), a booking cut short, a booking request that was never answered, a profile age that did not match the advert, and one session described as dull. No comment complained about photo accuracy or hygiene.

Of the 31 profiles in our sample that list a 1-hour in-call rate, rates ranged from £70 to £400, with a middle figure of about £130. Rates change often, so always check the profile.
